RS Megane owners - RS Monitor

Say I don't care about the silly dials and graphs that the RS Monitor V2 + RLink offer. All I want is full control over throttle maps and limiter beep as cheaply as possible (lease deal)

Am I correct in saying the cheaper RS Monitor (v1) option provides the same functionality in regards to throttle maps and limiter beep? Frustrating to have to order options to get this.
