Portable Bluetooth hands free , any suggestions?

I bought a Jabra cruiser handsfree that clips to the sunvisor and has a good rechargeable battery but can also plug into the lighter socket if need be.
It gives an option to use it's own speaker or you can tune a spare preset on the radio to the unit so you can hear the call (or music from your phone) on the car speakers.
Think it was about £40from Halfords a year or two ago.

I have a Jabra SP200 unit , it is basic and doesn't connect to the radio. Sound is terrible, just can't hold a decent conversation, my customers would complain and tell me to call them back when I'm out of the car!
Tried another 'no brand' from amazon, again it was rubbish.
The problem is the noise cancelling, because the mic and speaker are so close, you get loads of noise and feedback.
I now use an earpiece as the quality, at both ends, is good.

I've had a few of these visor clip ons, and they've all been crap. The best one I've had was a Jawbone in the ear thing, and the integrated (IOPlay/Parrot) ones were good too.
I think as somsone mentioned, the speaker and mic are too close on the visor clips, and they dont sound great.
If I was in and out of a number of cars I think I'd go with a wired handsfree that has a mic on it
