Some people don't keep up with the times, we regularly have to send things to a client 10 miles away to be with him by the next day. Fist they used Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery, then they used a motorcycle courier, then I found out about it so I use it as an excuse to get out on my pushbike in the evening. I think I could charge them 20p a mile for it but I enjoy it and I've got my time down to a 1hr return journey.

Anyway, I just got an estate (Mazda 6) and I love it!

As a general rule for me, the ranking of coolness goes coupe, saloon, estate. In my opinion estates have never been, and never will be, cool (Volvo touring car being the exception that proves the rule naturally).

Well...the 1970s models are a bit of a laugh. All they need is an H painted on the hood.

This was my "family truckster" reality in my early teens...
