... very funny in parts...
Ouch!
I didn't read that as a veiled criticism.

TCF's book is a combination of revealing and funny - a nice balance of curiosity and comedy makes for a great read, and there's very little of his book that misses the target in that way.
Indeed, no criticism intended from me, just an interesting and funny read smile

Bought your first one on my Kindle, read it in an evening. Very enjoyable! Bit disappointed the images didn't show up though, they just had those missing image icons with an x in.
Sorry to hear that. Drop me an email via my profile please and I'll see what I can do wink

Having now purchased and read the book, I'm in a position to deliver the promised review. I'll keep it short.

Loved every minute of it, just wished the book was 100 pages longer. A few laugh-out-loud moments which made my wife look at me like I was mad.

Already on the lookout for the next book. smile

First paper book I'd bought in a while as well, really enjoyed it. Will probably be kickstarter-ing the new one too smile

Read it on Kindle over the last couple of evenings. I also couldn't see any images, just boxes with an X in.

Particularly loved the bit about the guy having a heart attack just before break time and his mate's subsequent behaviour. I've known a few of these characters too. laugh

I really hate to be that guy but I have a request for the next book - can you stop using [it's] as a possessive pronoun; use the correct [its] please smile

Is it the same deal for multiple copies, one lot of postage £Y plus Z times books at £X? Or just Z times £X?

One lot of postage for up to three copies is ok. Anyone buying more than three copies wants their head looking at, it's good, but it's not that good!

smile
What's X and Y then? Assuming the same postage two copies would be 7x2+2=£16; is that right? Your rate per word is taking a nosedive! hehe

KickStarter pledge made, for the print version.

PS: Make the dedication as expletive-laden as you like. Ta.

An verdict; Guilty.

(Pre-order one book at £9 then UK postage is £3, total is £12. Pre-order two books at £9 each then UK postage is £3, total is £21. Etc.)
Pledgified.
