Bought the e-book version on kickstarter a while back, have those been sent out yet?

Superfluous toilet reading material. So much so I've had to bring it out of there

Ok, now I'm seeing everyone else getting theirs from Amazon it does suck a little bit that backers are having to wait longer than anyone else to read it. frown

To be fair to TCF, he doesn't have a multi-million pound delivery network. He's packaging up the books himself and ducking down the post office to send them. Which he can only do when he gets the copies... there is a certain type of irony that Amazon's delivery is *so* efficient that customers can order, receive and read the book before the Author sees a copy.

Surely the ebook version is ready, and swnding that should only take a couple of mouse clicks?

As above, it's to ensure that all the backers get it at the same time.

Indeed.

Take it as a compliment that we're clamouring to read it Rich!

With that phone and book cover, we could be in the 90s again!

I'm a bit surprised that Amazon have it listed quicker than I can deliver backers copies, sorry! Amazon buyers don't get a message from the author, though, and without the backers this book would never have happened (there's a thank you in the book about that).

Typo on page 49? I haven't seen a final print version myself yet!

smile
At the back of the book, it says it is printed by Amazon, and doesn't mention another printer. The typo is on the section about Skoda, the word "car" is repeated.

It's a book about the failings of industry.

It seems very fitting that there be a minor hiccup, with the author not even having clapped eyes on a copy himself before some readers have it in their hands.

biggrin
