Peugeot 605, no info on it as it's a pic from Mighty Car Mods Facebook which came from somewhere else.

Leave your P100, it's a Sierra estate converted to a double cab pickup smile

Is that in Auz ? Only an Australian would do that!

From the road signs, maybe? I'd guess Oz or USA anyway. Maybe someone who plays those Geoguesser games can work it out? smile .

I doubt it is Aus - AFAIK Ford never sold the Sierra here.

I’m going with South Africa given they love weird pickups.

One guy replied saying he has done a lot of similar conversions and as long as the monocoque isn't altered between the front and rear axles you don't fail on the 'original body' rule and can keep your 5 points and therefore your original reg.
He's inventing his own interpretation of the rules, there is nothing stated about 'between the wheel', it is ANY modification to ANY part of the chassis or monocoque which deviates from the original design. You can get away with cutting off outriggers etc on a chassis, but any cutting of the actual main chassis rails loses you your 5 points and therefore your Type Approval. Puts you firmly in BIVA territory, but that's not to say it's not possible to pass the test and have it re-registered.
