I spotted this barge in Hedge End yesterday. Might be a while until it reaches budget, mind....if ever. Brand new Rolls-Royce Dawn.

And yes, I'd probably park it like that too in a busy car park!

Surely that would never need to be in a supermarket car park! One would send the 'help'.

As an aside why would the dealer include a shot of the engine bay when its filthy? Would take 20 mins to give it a cursory clean.
The last two barges I bought (E320 Coupe and A8) were both spotlessly clean inside, outside and under the bonnet but the sellers had forgotten one, frequently looked at place - under the fuel filler flap where both cars were really grubby.

There's something very tempting about this pov spec SE. Any thoughts?

That needs to be bought and have a million miles put on the clock
Anybody with a long commute fancy seeing how many digits they can get on the clock ?

I did wonder. It was enormous. Standing next to it made me think the 7 series is really rather small. And the Dawn is smaller than a Phantom! The RR Dawn looked utterly magnificent in the metal. Interior looked very, very special.

Bit different, mind!

Spotted! As long as it works for you that's what counts. Plenty of time for cars.

This XJR looks very tidy & looks very classy with the colour/wheel combo. A very good advert too!
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2005-55-JAGUAR-XJR-4-2-V...

Minor issues, a few spots of alloy corrosion (they are do this sir smile) and the connection to the NAV screen needs checking as it is a slightly weird hue.

He's asking £9,450 for it on his site, I seem to remember it was at £9,995 a couple of weeks ago. Says the alloys are refurbed and as new.

Some very mixed opinion of the trader from previous enquiries a number of years ago (under a different name). Car looks nice in the pictures though.

76k miles, 55 reg and less than 2k? Surely worth a punt for someone?

That Cadillac is absolutely tragic.
I'd sooner st in my hands and clap than drive that monstrosity.
Shirley a little harsh.
Rwd, 4 wheel independent suspension, 3.6 V6, loadsa toys, leather.
Challenging exterior styling peut-être but nice inside.

Charming ad, even if it's not exhaustive about the car! http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C792611

I'm not sure what that ad makes me think about Cynthia, but I like the cut of his jib.

If you are into naming your cars you would have to call it Cynthia.
I wonder if she is as orange as the car appears to be

Nice car though

The engine might be fine and the next time I am having a pint of Allbrite back in 1983 I can impress people with stories of my 3.7 litre engine turning out 255bhp, and independent suspension might raise a few impressed eyebrows at the Lanchester owners club, but just look at it! Look at the door cards and the interior!!

I love General Motors because it gives me the personal assurance that no matter how badly I ever do at life, no matter how deluded I become about my own abilities, no matter how utterly useless I am at a job I am given to do I always know that General Motors exists and as such I can never be "The sttest".

Ah, you quoted me before I was finished. I originally said the engine was fine and then remembered that it was a General Motors engine so it very probably wasn't. I checked up and found out that actually it was rather unimpressive, and I'd bet my left foot that it'll manage to somehow feel like half the horses are missing when you drive it.
