Oh well, if its in a crap local online paper then that's good enough for me.
Has he even read it past the headline rolleyes

Drive what you want. Good and bad drivers in all sorts of vehicles all over the place.

I had exactly the same scenario on m25 yesterday with a focus driver. I waited patiently, indicated right, when all lanes were clear for a good mile with no sign of movement I simply undertook slowly. It worked as after I did so I noticed in the mirror they then pulled in .... to lane 3 and stayed there irked

Oh yes, therefore all Focus drivers are ......

So in reality, a RR would murder it in all aspects! hehe

Your guess would be wrong. I love the way arguments on PH are settled with the line of questioning: "How expensive is your car?" If the debate gets really heated it becomes "How much is in your bank account?" Never mind the facts of what went on. The argument becomes who's Dad is biggest. Ridiculous. laugh

Sorry but a brand new 1.6 tdi s-line costs more than lots of used range rovers. Who said it was about money?

Why is your car a secret on a motoring forum? Nearly 8000 posts over 5 years yet no garage in your profile?

Secret? hehe Err, try looking in my profile. Current and previous cars are:

Alfa Cloverleaf, Mercedes CLS V8, Jaguar XJS V12, Jaguar XJR, Lotus 111R, Subaru Prodrive, Audi S3, R32, VW W8, etc etc.

Not that any of this has a thing to do with the discussion.

Well it does as you're painting RR drivers into a corner because one wouldn't let you past so it only seems fair that you state the car you're driving so we can paint you into a stereotype, this is a daily occurrence on the motorway and has nothing to do with RR drivers many drivers do it.

All you do is list some car brands in your profile, so the question still stands what car were you in?

I enjoy seeing Range Rovers on our roads.

British built, British jobs and someone doing well enough to buy and run one.

The more the merrier IMO.
Yep, someone has to keep the AA / breakdown drivers employed.
And those warranty repairs keep a lot of kiddies fed and clothed.

As bad as they are Range Rover drivers are nowhere near as bad as Audi drivers!
I own both and I'd say I'm quite a considerate driver. I'll hand in my PH card.

Your observational skills are rather poor. Are you a RR driver? hehe Try reading my post above yours again more carefully.

Yes I am an Alfa driver. So no doubt in the minds of new shape RR drivers; "Thou shall not pass!" laugh

I'm going to buy a RR, custom model in Green. Has a few accessories that makes hogging a lane a difficult argument for me to loose I think !!!

Can't say I've ever seen an Alfa in the outside lane of a motorway. The hard shoulder, yes.

Not even when being towed on the back of an AA lorry would you see one in the outside lane!

It's a tricky situation. HGVs aren't allowed in the outside lane so I don't know how they'd recover my Range Rover from its natural habitat. Maybe do some sort of extraction using ropes and pulleys?

Either that or get somebody in an Alfa to push you along?
