Drove the new focus RS a while ago, I was really excited about it but coming from a 275 Trophy it just felt dull and lifeless. OK, it gripped well, but it felt gutless and the steering was far too light and just not as direct as the Meg. You also sit on it rather than in it, and cannot adjust the seat height despite the fact the seats are the same as my MEgane? So, I am not surprised by the result of this test at all. I've never driven a fast ford but was massively underwhelmed by this, especially given the hype it's been receiving. And £35k too?!
Oh, I had an EP3 a few years ago and that was a fantastic car. If this new Honda is anything like that it's going to be fun

There will be relatively few CTRs of the current shape as there will be a newer model based on the new generation Civic which is out soon.
