Gave a less than absolutely favourable review against his precious RS, clearly this both dishonest and underhand on your part. You simply must be in collusion with Honda UK.

The twingo driver was probably thinking who's this mincer behind me, in his girl car with fairy lights, best let him past as I dont want him behind me.

The mk6 or mk7? Since when were either of these the benchmark for a hot hatch??

Wow, I mean just wow. "His lines are terrible" I think you'll find it was just a person driving somewhere and having no idea John Major was following him in a Golf GTI with a camera in it.

Joking aside it's not easy videoing yourself and trying to make a Youtube channel. Some of your stuff is actually alright, a bit Car Throttle Alex in places for my liking. Might work better if you wrote yourself a bit of a script first so there isn't so much er and umm and trying to figure what to say while shooting it. smile
Wow an actual human responded! Cheers bud was kind of hoping no one noticed all the "umms" I cringed!

Yeah it's really difficult talking to a piece of plastic like it's a person. My first go though so it can only get better I guess! smile

Just joking with ya' Dan. I have said in the past that you are the Master of the "On the Other Hand" school of automotive journalism. Nothing wrong with that. Auto Journalists have a, shall we say unusual, relationship to the Companies whose products they cover. It can't be easy.

I guess you think you are witty, but 90% of what you post has absolutely nothing to do with the Civic R v. Focus RS review. Is that really that difficult of a concept?

Stay On Topic. Please.

make your videos less sweary.

and try not to drive on the wrong side of the road going into right hand bends please.

Do you want to stay on your topic or marano-polo's, you're both hitting this at similar angles tbh.

But ok, the Civic is better. Purer, fwd, closer to a hot hatch concept and looks like a hot hatch should.

My bad. Military's fault! Honest!

I thought I cut any naughtiness out. Maybe it was a trick of the light in editing or something...

It was the ducks fault? Did you not see them? Two of the buggers!

Also my constant promotion of the car seems to have worked for the youtube channel that had 3 subscribers till this month smile
So that is you then. Fair play, I like to see someone promote themselves to do better, but if you're measuring the popularity of your car on the exposure it's had on YouTube (for some strange reason)........

Does this make the Type-R twice the car the Polo is?

People that come here to discuss Matt's review of the R and RS don't care about your stories of ducks. Please take the small talk to Twitter.

Your conclusion wasn't what he wanted. You should've known better.

Run them over. You'd rather have a head on? In fact, you probably think your Polo would win a head on collision too.

I could see through bushes earlier on in the road so knew it was clear.

I'm quite an animal lover though but yeah if someone was coming I would have had to crush them poor buggers!

Did you even read the Post? That is exactly the opposite of what I said. If you care about the Civic/Focus review, go back and read what I actually said. Take some time and actually think while you are reading.

Ah no matter, what's a couple of cyclists, family on a day out etc worth in comparison to a prat video on youtube?

Really terrific to know how you feel about animals. I didn't know this was the "duck" thread.
Please, give us a break with your autobiography. The CivicR is interesting. The Focus RS is interesting. Matt's review is interesting. Your life story isn't.
