Hello!

At risk of getting a bit Jeremy Corbyn I'm meeting Les Edgar tomorrow to interview him for a homepage story and thought I might chuck a few PHer questions into the mix. Be good to get the 'voice of PH' in there too I think.

So. Is there anything specific you'd like to know?

Chuck it into the comments thread below and I'll attempt to work it in.

Thanks!

Dan

Why the chuff is the proposed new car being called Griffith, two previous models with that name, for a new venture and all new company and car, a totally new name would seem more appropriate

Agile development has allowed small teams to produce remarkable results in the IT industry and has its inspiration/origins in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in car production. What opportunity do you see to bring these techniques full circle.

Can I have one for free? In return I'll shine his shoes for a month.

Populous was an outstanding game. Could we have a modern version embedded into the ICE to play in traffic jams?

Back in the previous incarnation, the proposition was Ferrari/Porsche performance for half or two-thirds of the price. As the performance will be similar at best and you need to make money so the price is much higher, what's the compelling proposition now ?

How confident is he (on a scale of 1 to 10) that there will be cars delivered to buyers in 2017?

More of the same or are there radical changes afoot? If so how are these intended to make a difference this time?

Do they plan to support existing TVR owners with parts or are we to rely on the current outlet selling Chinese pattern copies of dubious quality with many parts not available at all. I think if they want to sell me a new TVR they had better demonstrate some support to existing owners or I have a suspicion what my shiny new TVR will be worth in a few years.

IMO there is only one important question,

"How much?"

It was meant to be a mild humorous remark harking back to what he did before he got into cars... wink
