Hello all, here’s a few more details about your involvement in the event.

When you send us your car and personal details we will arrange them in the system and these are then used to generate your vehicle passes and free entry tickets.

These are then sent to you via the email address you stated and you will then need to print off the tickets and pass for display in the vehicle. This will be the clue the marshals need on the day to direct you to the correct entrance and into the paddock for display.

You will be allowed access to the track from Friday evening (July 29th after 5pm) or if you’d prefer to arrive on Saturday morning, you can enter from 6:30am and you MUST be ready to display by 9am.

Can you please all let me know what day you’re planning on coming up so we can ensure someone’s there to guide you in at the right times.

Please note that your tickets will be sent out within 2 weeks of the show date.

Will be driving up from Cornwall on the Friday, although won't be camping. How secure is venue? Will the cars be left or do we remove them at the end of the day?

Mark, the venue is secured overnight and has security but if you're worried please feel free to take the car away with you, so long as it's back at the site before 8am.
