Just watching one of the most arrogant individuals ever to be voted in to a position within British politics put forward a shameful perceived position of the british public.

Total disgrace.

I'm very disappointed that Remain didn't attack his piss-poor record in the European Parliament.

He is part of the problem with the EU gravy train. I hate to think how much he has earned doing fk all.

No wonder people on council estates treat him like a god. Getting paid to sit on his arse and complain about immigrants

What is it with some PH members and not wanting to see new threads appear?
Would you rather this be a ghost town where people should only comment on other threads in order to dilute the thread title so much that the thread has no common direction?

The other day I heard some ignorant Labour politician call Farage "self serving", - although she didn't qualify what she meant by that, - it was just a throwaway comment.

He is anything but "self serving": he is the Turkey that has voted for Xmas.

He's one of the most honest politicians that I have come across.

He's also very knowledgeable about the working of the EU, far more so than most. For this reason, he should be involved in Brexit, although that will never happen as so many people believe the media spin put on this guy.

It's crazy that whilst Farage has never done or said anything racist, he is consistently called "a racist", yet it's NEVER mentioned that Corbyn has spent much of his career with people who deny the holocaust and want to exterminate Jews.

Because this was being discussed in at least 3 other threads already and there are a couple of dozen active now.

He's no racist but he's as slimey as Alex Salmond, how many times has he resigned or changed his mind now? The core problem is whatever his noble intensions the way he had to get here was to try and pull alot of racists slightly left enough to vote. I agree with the result but the sad fact is we arrived here by courting a lot of racists. It's a question of a lot of people agreeing with his views for the wrong reasons basically.

What an ignorant comment - how many of the 17m voters that supported Brexit do you think are racists?

More than amongst the lesser number who voted remain I'd guess.

I voted to leave and I'm not a racist... My point was that a large number of people who voted voted to get rid of not just limit immigrants. Was it a deciding factor? Well possibly it only needs to be a handful of % anyway the point stands he's represented a party that has racist links (that's different to saying it's a racist party) partly due to people thinking they represent something they don't.

Whilst Farage's little rants in the EU meetings have been amusing in the past he's seriously going to start pissing people off, that doesn't help anyone.

After all this he's still in a position of no responsibility whatsoever. If we do actually exit and it all goes pear shaped he'll blame the government. If we don't exit he'll blame the government. And still people will claim he's the nations saviour etc.

Ultimately he's a gobby prat in a suit who will do the "it weren't me guv" routine rather than accept any responsibility.
