Hi all, I have a 2005 Saab 9-3 that is showing up as "steering wheel lock malfunction", I have had the ignition switch module changed with no difference, has anyone had any experience of this? It's at an auto electrician at present and they are scratching their heads.
Sounds like a potential issue with the CIM. Depending on where you are based there may be soomeone with a Tech II nearby, that is the tool used for fault diagnosis and other ECU communication. There is a list of people with them on UKSAABS.
