Fine in the gold old USA, but over here, didn't they used to be called "Balls"?

This.

More American balderdash over here, along with Trick or Treat, McDonalds, KFC and Matt LeBlanc.

So you want your sister to go to her prom (fking American bullst) in a Rolls, but you don't want to pay for it, so are begging for a freebie. fking cheek, get a fking cab you skinflint.
Gotta love a keyboard warrior jog on !

If you actually read further im willing to pay £100 to do 3 mile but 300 is over the top.

To the positive responses thanks for your suggestions, have tried wedding car companies and they want 300 notes which is massively overkill for prob the sake of 30 mins

I have options for modern head turners but thought i would try for a classic.

Just crawled out from under a stone, but I have always lived in the UK!

WTF is this "prom" anyway? When I was young a "prom" was a promenade, so a walk by the sea (which meant you didn't need a car, other than maybe to get there)!

Why has it suddenly become the norm for those with an Aldi budget to want to do events like this in a Harrods style? Surely just setting themselves up for a big reality check soon!

Tell her and all her friends to all chip in and get a big pink limousine.

If she doesn't have any friends, then she won't need to turn up in style anyway, no one will give a st. Bung her in a taxi.
