I felt sorry for him for a minute until he came out of the car giving it the big I am with the phone recording. Plate is crap too. Seen another video of him driving like a tosser so tough st.

Bouncing off the limiter/being a total tt - fair game. Driving along under the speed limit normally - not fair game. It's an abuse of Police power, makes them look very silly and does absolutely nothing for public relations.
