something like this Astra. If low miles and a short lease 12m or so Affinity Leasing are good too Their website is rubbish though.
I took an Astra Elite from them in May for £460 plus 154.99month for 12m /15000m
It is a 140 Turbo with mettalic and parking sensors

They seem to have some decent VAG deals but as said website isnt so good

My mum's work contract may be changing towards the end of the year which would mean she'd need a car, I was wondering if there was any good deals on something small, cheap and automatic with about 12k miles?

Going for a small Fiesta sized car with an auto is going to get expensive as they're not very popular.

Might be better and cheaper to go for a Golf or similar as they're more popular. There were some very cheap Golf Match Edition DSG deals around recently.

This is good value:

Only 5000 miles but usual VWFS caveats apply with that.

Seems like a good deal for the new E class Amg:

http://www.rgwcontracts.co.uk/personal-lease-cars/...

The only thing is that road tax isn't included in the second year. Due to the tax change how much will I be paying?

When you said AMG I was thinking wow, pile in for the AMG! WHAT A PRICE!

But then saw it was a 2 litre E220CDI. What a let down!

The 2017 changes won't affect you (it's for registrations after April 1st 2017), so £30 for year 2.

Yup, and the cost of the rfl will just be spread over the rentals from I've been told

Sure?

In my experience you're on the hook for any announced increase in rfl AFTER the contract is signed.

Cupra pitched at those who can't quite afford a Golf R.

And the golf is pitched at those that can't quite afford an S3. And the S3 is pitched at those that can't quite afford an RS3.

The hierarchy continues. Strange, isn't it?

Plus the deal I've posted has been used and the total over the two years and monthly figure quoted incorrectly I think?
