Excellent deal, very low admin fee too.

Any idea how much they're wanting for metallic ? It seems to be £20 or so for other deals I've looked at.
£25/month - I've spoken to them and decided I'll go for the standard car again, I haven't missed any sort of option I could of had first time round.

Rear park sensors are a must for me. Bit grim not getting them on a£30k car

And no cruise control. Need he comfort package to give you both at £480 so possibly around £20 extra a month..

I've just had a look at this as it sounded like a great deal, but I need more mileage, I was quite shocked that it jumps up to in excess of £500 a month when you try and switch it to 10,000 miles on the website.
So pay the excess mileage. 7.2ppm. Works out at £31/month without changing the deposit. Of course if you actually only drive 9k miles/year you pay less than that.

Hi all, i am new to this forum and am in the market for a new deal. Considering the new audi s3 saloon deals running at the moment.

Audi S3 Saloon:
3+23 8k
Met paint, With maint & tyres - £399 inc vat
No Maint- £374 inc vat

This deal is with alphabet as the finance provider, has anyone dealt with them before, i do know they are new to personal finance and charge higher excess mileage in comparison.

Just wanted to know general thougt on the deal. Is it a good deal, has it been better? I have read somewhere deals generally get better in the new quarter (from oct), is this the case, worth waiting around?

Anyone pulled the trigger on a s3 saloon yet?

Btw, ill be moving over from a golf r due to go back soon!

£9,724 non-maintained for 2 years. What's the excess mileage like?

I'd really struggle to justify that over one of the Golf R deals - £6,912 at 5k p.a. so presumably £7200 at 8k p.a. from Central.

The S3 hatchback can be done for £255/month from UK Car Contracts, albeit on a 9+23, which works out at £8160 plus any admin fee.

The actual price is good if you particularly want an S3 saloon but at 35% more than a Golf R, and 19% more than a hatchback S3, it's a lot extra.

Alphabet are supplying the funding for my S3 Sportback, excess mileage is 12ppm. You are looking at £9,724 all in for the S3 saloon compared to approx £8,200 for the sportback. The saloon comes with 19" wheels and magride as standard hence the price difference. This is the cheapest the S3 saloon has been and I wouldn't expect to see it get much cheaper than this given that it is a £37k car.

Saloon vs Sportback, it comes down to preference as long as you can justify the extra £55 per month for a saloon.

Also there's an approved used saloon available (65 plate) at £26k. Assuming low interest is available that could be a better long term proposition.

Do we know for certain this particular deal only has a 7.2ppm excess mileage? - if it does then yes, without a doubt this is the right way to go.

I don't think this is the thread to begin a new vs used discussion and opening a can of worms, everyone here in this thread pursuing a lease has already decided leasing new is the best proposition for them.

Not 100% certain but I'd bet on it. Audi's PCP deal definitely allows 7.2ppm on the A6 and VWFS tends to carry them over. Of course, it's possible that this deal isn't through VWFS but Central tend not to offer anything other than manufacturer finance, at least in my experience of dealing with them (finishing my second deal with them now).

Normally, I'd agree, but if someone seems dead set on getting a particular model and seems to be thinking that because there are some great deals out there, all lease deals must be super-cheap, it's worth pointing out the options.

(Personally I like high deposit, low monthly payments with a predictable end point - then it's all about getting the best deal!)

Yeah, find it odd they don't come as standard, but I can't say I've missed either in the last 29 months.

Sent the paperwork off for an M140i to replace my M135i.

3+23 @ £275.86/month
£60 admin fee

5000 miles PA which will suit me as I've only just done 10k in my current car and I've had it 29 months.

All those prices incl VAT, a 5dr Auto in white with red leather.
When are you expecting delivery? Really tempted by this but current lease doesn't go back til start of Feb.

Does anybody have any knowledge of the admin fees charged by Select re the S3's? I'm currently in the States trying to sort a car on my phone with a slow wifi connection.

Still boggles the mind how many of you go for 5 mike deals. This is pistonheads. Do you not drive?

I do 15k just driving the family around on day trips and visiting relatives. What's the point of getting a performance car like in the m140i or Golf R when you barely drive it? Ditto to other models.
