Yep, I've just been told the same. I filled out the form this morning at about 8.30am before they were open hoping to get a response fairly quickly but nothing as usual with select car leasing so first chance I got to phone them they said that they had less than a dozen and went straight away. I wonder if any other lease company got offered these? I did have a look last night when I first seen the post and couldn't find anything remotely as cheap. I'll give a dealer a ring to see if they've got any similar deals if not it looks like it'll be the 640d M Sport.

Ah, didn't think about that. TBH I've never gone that long without doing sufficient mileage to need one anyway. First service is usually relatively inexpensive though so not too much of a hit I wouldn't have thought?
First BMW service would usually just be oil & oil filter & maybe cabin filter at circa 15k or 2 years. But in my experience BMW have a habit of stipulating new brake fluid every 2 years too, so you'll likely get caught for an oil service and brake fluid in 2 years.

You can provide your own discounted oil of course to save dealer rip-off £19.99/litre, if you wish.

Hi,

I've been offered a Tiguan r-line 2.0 TDi 150ps BMT 4Motion DSG with 10000k miles on a 24 month contact for the below. Is this a good deal?

10000k miles pa
Initial £2280 in VAT
£196 X 23 inc VAT

Cheers
Can you let us know which dealer this is... seems very good!
The offer on Central's webpage isn't a million miles away - although only for 5K and it doesn't say what the excess mileage charge is. I'll be quite surprised if it's really available though: https://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/...
Hi All

Sorry, I have only just logged back in to the website.....thats the reason for my delay. Any way.....Turns out the guy i was emailing made a mistake on the quoted mileage, on the emails he had put 10k pa but in the actual pdf quote he had put 5k pa. I did query this over the weekend and he came back to me yesterday confirming it is only for 5k. Ive still gone ahead with the deal though as its 7.2ppm and hopefully as some have suggested before if i ring up they may reduce down to 3.6. He is throwing in a tank of fuel as way of an apology for the confusion caused with delivery estimated to be November.

Im guessing this is still a good deal though?? Its going to be my first lease so hoping it is. Oh yeah and it was from Lancaster VW in Milton Keynes.

I'm starting to wonder if this might well be the car for me as well, could you just clarify what you ended up agreeing for in terms of mileage for the term and deposit/payment including VAT? - Thanks

This doesn't seem like a terrible deal for a Octavia VRS (diesel) for 10k p.a. - £1,619.91 down and £180 a month - OK it's a manual and not the DSG, but I've had one as a loan car for 3 days and I really rated it up and down the motorway on my 70 mile commute.

That seems like a good deal!
How much extra for DSG?

Any good 340i M Sport touring lease deals out there?
PCP with dealer is 48months £2k down and £460 per month, 8k p/a. total cost is approx £24K over 48months. Plus, at least 1 service and 1 set of tyres

This lease looks quite good 9+23 @£353.44, 8k p/a. total cost £11.6k over 24 months, might not need service on contract mileage.

https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing...

2 year contract is more appealing than being tied in for 4 years. Is this a good deal or are there better deals out there?
I tracked 335d and 340i leases over the summer and this by far and away the best price I have seen for the petrol car

Anyone seen anything better than £430 on a 9+23 / 8k deal for 430d M Sport Cab? 420d deals are around, but can't find anything better for the 3 litre..

Not a bad deal on a 5dr Auto BMW M140i:

£2,160 up front (inc. VAT)
£240 per month (inc. VAT)
£0 admin fee
24 month deal
5k miles per annum - prices also available on other mileages. Not sure on excess mileage charge though.

If that was a saloon deal I would be all over that.

As of 0900hrs this morning Select Car Leasing had a handful of A8's left - on personal lease 3+23 at £444.86 inc vat. £234 fee.

Cheap but not for me, I'm leaning towards a DSG S3 saloon.

Avoid. Looked into these guys before and according to Companies House are registered at the insolvency office. Wouldn't risk it.

Wow this deal looks incredible, are there any other fees at all and did you pay extra for metallic paint or any other options?

If you are back in contact with the dealer do you think you can ask if they're willing to be contacted from others interested in this offer (i.e. me!).

I had an email from my local,VW dealer 'predicting' some good deals on golf gti's and gtd's. I didn't ask anything as were due to have our R estate delivered in a couple of weeks.

Maybe there will be a few deals - 'trigger' fingers at the ready!!
That could be excellent timing. Just this morning I test drove a Golf GTI and Golf R back to back, and I prefer the GTI - the best lease prices quote (9+23) seemed to be £300pcm for the GTI and £230ish for the R - while I like the GTI more, I don't want to pay 30% more for one, so I'll wait with interest on the GTI quotes - especially if they include the new clubsport model...!

Hmm if there's no mention of R estate prices coming down I might just pull the trigger incase the deal stops or rises in price come next week. I have managed to get my deal down to £268 with optional 19's, 2k down, 8k per annum over 24 months.

Ah interesting! Oh well I just noticed the Central Vehicle leasing deal is better value anyway at £2.2k down and £222 per month inc vat!

That is some cheap excess mileage charging - 0.06p, could drive it to the moon and back!
