Looking to lease my next car and would appreciate some opinions on the following deal I've seen with fleetprices.co.uk
Mercedes C220d AMG Line Premium Plus 4dr Auto
6+35
10k mileage
Deposit £2,195.70
Additional Fees £298.80
Per Month £365.45
Personal so all including VAT.
I'd take the 2 yr deal. It's only a bit more amortized per month, but less servicing, tyres, wear and tear, plus a new car every 2 yrs rather than 3.Mercedes C220d AMG Line Premium Plus 4dr Auto

I presume your 1st quote was a typo as Inc vat was less than plus vat. So the deal is still the same, no?Business Contract-hire

As I understand it BMW are controlling the pricing on these. Brokers/Dealers have no lea-way as such when it comes to pricing.BMW i3 94Ah (the new bigger battery) in capparis white, basic trim

Have you tried a BMW dealer? They might not charge an admin fee.

If EWFS priced matched, why not order from them? IMHO it's best to order from a main dealer where possible. Did I miss any?

Yes, as mentioned, the discussion has involved Eastern BMW Edinburgh. I couldn't find a way of getting them to drop the admin fee on a personal deal. There would be no admin fee at all on a business deal but, for various reasons, the personal deal suits me better this time and the admin fee is, reluctantly, wearable.Have you tried a BMW dealer? The discussions about the price were all with Eastern BMW. It was their preference to then push it through Whitewater on the agreed conditions.I have also tried 3 other BMW dealers with no success at even getting a response from one of them and two others that were not interested in matching, let alone beating, the price.
If there is a cheaper one out there, I failed at finding it (that doesn't meant there isn't a cheaper one)!

The quote I had was on a Business deal.
Good luck! I was close to signing up but decided I need a V8 before they are illegal.

The only argument I could possibly have against your reason for not signing up for the i3 is that V12's will surely be made illegal before V8's and, unless you have already had one of those... :-)The quote I had was on a Business deal.

It'll be a daily driver and I can't think of an affordable V12 that would suit.
I have canx'd the Audi a shame but the lead times were moving further and further away into November. Broker (Claris) have been great throughout and blamed the small allocation of UK Black Edition estates being currently 6 a month. They had no issue with the cancellation, will deal with Arval on my behalf and said they had appx 30 customers in the same position! Ouch. I reckon every call they get at the moment is asking for a Black Edition update but fair play to them for being honest and upfront about the issue. I would happily do business with them again.
Anyhoo onwards and upwards - paperwork is in for a stock Passat 2.0tdi GT black metallic estate with Vertu VW for £265.80 on 3+23 no fees 10k. You know you've got a decent deal when all the other brokers ask if the price includes VAT.. yes it does, and at least I know this one exists cos they all quoted me on the same group of 7 vehicles. Again very straightforward to deal with, quote req via CH&L on Sunday, sales chap called me a couple of times Monday and proposal in to them today. Delivery early Sept as away for a couple of weeks in August.
So not ideal, but a decent fall back, a fair bit cheaper over 30k pa and it's still a black estate...
