Long story short, had planned to look at an import at an auction that had cloth, went to see this as it was close to get the lay of the land and ended up buying it. Soft roof is in great condition, screen is not milky or cracked.
Only potential downside is the car has AiDS ( hopefully not the bad kind) but all works and have a budget for getting it into a specialist for a thorough health check. From what I've read when it is working well it is worth the cost.
Two owner car with 106k.

I pick it up in a couple of weeks.
