Years ago, mid nineties, I was passed at speed on the M40 by a Diablo with the plate M1NGE.
I could only applaud, was surprised they released it tbh.
Also used to be a Renault 5 Gordini in Met Blue in Peak Distirct with the plate AMP15T, wasn't a cherished plate I don't think as the car would have been 78/79 release.

If you want something along the lines of your initials then RegTransfers, Beef or NewReg are options. The motoring section of the Sunday Times has plenty as well. As mentioned elsewhere, if you're not that bothered about matching specific letters then eBay is worth a look - and you might get lucky with the letters you're looking for.
