I guess that NU66 REG might be a dealer plate rather than a genuine one.All the unregistered stuff in my local Jeep dealer has NU16 REG on.
I did see a couple of 66-reg A3s being driven on the road in Leeds last week albeit with trade plates in the back window.

Hello, Wonder if anyone can help, Ive had quite a few number plates over the years and always been able to check on the dvla previous auction prices how much they were originally bought for at auction and which year sold. On my present plate I cant seem to find out this details on the site or any similar low R plates....does any know where I can find out these details please... Any info would be much obliged, 10 R is the plate

I don't think any R plates have been issued by DVLA at auction. They were all issued by the original authority which I believe was Derbyshire. The DVLA website only shows those sold at auction. Nice plate btw.
