EP3 Honda Civic Type R leather interior.
yes and Lupo GTI
I once had a Lupo GTI with just about every option:

heated leather Recaro seats
factory GPS
glass sunroof
climatronic
Xenon

And not optional, but being a GTI it had a black ceiling, which the normal Lupo didn't have.

Was a great little car!!

ETA
I forgot about the Xenon lights!!

On the subject of climatronic, presumably Mk3 Golfs with climatronic were very rare?

air cooled seats are far too rare an option, they should be mandatory like airbags and abs

On a slightly different take to the question of rarely seen factory fitted options, in 1990 I bought a 2 year old Peugeot 205 GTi in silver with no sunroof. The sliding glass sunroof was always an optional extra but when was the last time you saw a GTi without one fitted?.
When I came to sell it, the dealer offered me less in part exchange as it didn't have the roof but now would be considered more desirable as it was rarer although this was the standard spec.

The Phaeton already had many options as standard on the larger engines, but I've never seen one with extended nappa leather or with adaptive cruise...

I sourced an ex a Fiat Punto sporting which I think was on a Y plate. It had factory fit Sat Nav which was just a Dot Matrix display with an arrow and a blaupunk Subwoofer in the boot.

I've only seen one or two. And try finding a Porsche 968 or 964 with climate control inc. a/c! They're also rare, mostly because it was an expensive option and the economy in the early 90's was on its knees.

Very few new cars are specced with sunroofs these days.

With the advent of mass convertibles, have they become virtually obsolete? At one time it was a inclusive feature.

Weren't they only an option in the VR6 Highline, of which there weren't huge amounts sold anyway?

Loads of cars now come with Panoramic sunroofs, some as standard, like the 5 series GT a colleague has just ordered.

Rare Options? Leather again would be my suggestion: MK7 Golf R, it's £1,750 for the Vienna leather or £2,615 for the Nappa leather eek

You could get them fitted to a series 1 Land Rover Discovery. I bought a brand new set for my then 19 year old Disco... but so poor was the quality of LR plastic to fit them too that everything had warped out of shape and no flat surfaces remained
