I really like how Bristol manage to produce very expensive cars that look like cheap kit cars. Impressive.

So it's a little bit like a Wiesmann (which went bust, but had rather good build quality), by a company that builds rather shonky looking cars?

Some more pictures here, including interior. Shame, I hoped it'd look better than this.

i quite like it!
it's very Bristol, in fact a lot tidier than some of their earlier cars.
Don't worry, you won't even be allowed to buy one.

It uses the same engine as my 650i. Great engine, but it's used everywhere - the Morgan Aeromax for example, which didn't exactly sell like hot cakes.

Who's going to buy this?

They've obviously tried to copy Fiat in going retro by copying the looks of the 406 and 407, sadly it doesn't really work - especially when draped over modern alloys. It just looks awkward frown
If only they'd gone for another up to date car like the Fighter...

I thought Morgan still used the old M62 engine from the E39?

I find it hard to choose words but I'd certainly aim at "utter and total mess" or words to that effect.

I know Bristol's history has contained some odd-looking cars 'because aero' but - but - there's not a single resolved detail in that design, it's a pile of ideas which don't gel.

I want to like it and be all subjective regarding the styling but as hard as I try I agree with the above

Those rear 'fins' are a bit volvo P1800

It looks like the styling is based on an old volvo p1800. How bizzare!

I hate retro. I'm like the king of hating retro. But...oh, damn it..this is fabulous. Look at those fins! Look at the grille! Since it's a Bristol who kind of live in the past, anyway, it totally works.
