Well managed to find a GTD for the wife at the weekend and we love it.

DSG
Flat Black (like a mirror when polish which i quite enjoy)
Winterpack - Heated Seats, washers etc.
Dynaudio - Came as a bonus and love it, finding it better than Bose.

The standard spec is perfect - active cruise, front and rear pdc, bluetooth, xenons, autofold mirrors, satnav, bluetooth streaming etc.
Theres plenty of nice touches on the interior at nightime, led strips etc.
DSG box as good as i rememeber.

Driving wise its nice and relaxing but there is enough power midrange to have some fun if needed.

Happy we went with the Golf, an A3 sline in a similar spec would have been a difficult find, some dont even have rear parking sensors.

A great allrounder, go for it OP.
Looks great - how does the DSG box match up with the Diesel engine? I would think that it might alleviate a lot of the issues with a relatively narrow diesel power band when in Sport mode.

Dynaudio is fantastic, if you haven't tried it then go into the setup menu for audio and try changing the Dynaudio focus. If you shift it to just the driver it really sounds great and if you have a front-seat passenger but no-one in the back you can use the 'manual centring' individual mode to shift the audio forwards to give both the front seats better sound (at the expense of the rear). It's apparently DSP trickery, not just a regular fade/balance shifter.
