In which case this one is £20-30k overpriced! The car above options out to about £105k
We don't know what the price of this one is, PH is just guessing based on vehicles in the EU with another country's duty/taxes and Euro exchange rates. This one could be £110k in which case it's only £5k overpriced or it could be £103k and so be £2k underpriced. Ish.
Sorry, mixed myself up betwixt thread and article!

However you get to that figure...it's not worth it by a country mile. I'm sure this is the car that Head2Head reviewed (alongside the supposed excellent ACRX) and described as basically 'unfinished'?

I used to buy and sell many left hand drive cars and it is no problem driving them in the UK. You automatically adjust and in some situations they are easier that right hand drive.

I bet the anti-excessive tailpipe crew are foaming at the mouth looking at that rump.

I was looking at these the other week. The base price for a z06 is somewhere near $80k.

They're stunning in person. I'll definately consider one of these in a few years when there $35k like the c6 z06's are now.

I have a new one of these (UK spec from Ian Allen motors). I also have the previous C6 Z06 purchased from new in 2006, and it's such a great car that I can't bring myself to part with it even though it's replacement has arrived.
Left hand drive is no problem, and if you like something a bit different with looks ,performance, noise, sensible serving and running costs, reliability and in this country exclusivity then these cars have a lot to offer.
As far as the price, if you compare the specification of the U.S. Cars, added the shipping, import duty ,vat, with the current exchange rate it's cheaper to buy a UK car with its 3 year warranty., and certainly much cheaper than from Corvette Europe!
As for rivals, well I love all cars and we all have our favourites, it's just these are mine.
For those considering, go and have a look at Ian Allen and make up your own mind.
