Car Arrived - Wrong Colour

Just took delivery of my new A6 Allroad. Very nice but not the colour I ordered. Seems there was a mishap with the information passed by the salesman. All other spec is the same but not the colour.

Anybody else have this issue?

I recall a story about someone on here ordering an E92 BMW M3 in Atlantis blue and it turning up in Atlantic blue. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived production had ceased, but they were told that otherwise they could have had another built in the correct colour. In the circumstances I think they settled for some freebies. I guess the wait for another car to be built would be a pain though.

Good option for negotiating a discount if the colour is one you like, and it isnt pink!

Failing that, let them register it as a demo and let you drive it whilst they order you the car you ordered in the right colour.

What was on the confirmation sheet/order form you surely received/signed?
