In his defense, It can be off putting when you see someone walking down the road with a 'camouflage bloon' head, gets me everytime, although I tend not to turn the car on it's side.

He's saying it was far too loud as despite the windows being closed he could clearly hear it.
I know

I was saying at least he had the windows up (as opposed to down). Sometimes a tune comes on and I want to hear it loud, but I want to reduce the impact on others as far as possible (by winding the windows up).

Oh crap, it now looks like i'm defending the cock socket....

And why would you go out in public dressed like this:

What a load of horrible, bitter people we have on here, so sad.

Who cares if you don't like his radio show or whatever, the comments on here are pretty vile - grow up!

Maybe they're DJ's hence their appearance isn't as important as with TV personalities or Big Brother celebrities.
And maybe he's comfortable in that attire? Don't really see a lot wrong with that. Looks like very little effort put into it, exactly what most would do popping out to the shop.
CE on the other hand puts effort into looking like a hobo biggrin.

That said, as above, a car doesn't need to be doing 50 to be flipped. Friend of mine flipped a V50 hitting a concrete road divider at 20.

Grow up yourself; it's a public forum so people are (mostly) free to air their opinions. If you don't like it, don't read the thread or find a forum better suited to your sensitive disposition.

How do you know you will like or dislike a comment BEFORE you read it?

Do some PHers have a form of sixth sense so they know before they read a comment that they won't like it?

As the OP I’ve reported the homophobic comments by generationx. As for general flack, as most of us pay most of his wages most of the time, I think we’re entitled to an opinion on his radio show.

Are you saying he wouldn't of been a prick if he had the windows open? Really, surely thats waaaay worse?

Personally if I like a tune and want to turn it up, i shut the windows so no one has to endure / appreciate my music. Seems like he may of had the same thoughts?

(he is still a pillock though)
No, I'm saying that it was so loud that you could hear it despite the Windows being closed. Inside the car it must have been impossible to concentrate on driving.

I can't stand Nick Grimshaw so it's taken a day for my Shadenfreude to dissipate. I will say my opinion of him has improved ever so slightly with the knowledge that he drives a ridiculous G Wagen and not a sensible city car through. If you're going to be a professional knob you may as well do it unapologetically with bells on.

It makes absolutely no difference whether someone likes or dislikes someone else's opinions. They are free to disagree and air their own, but PH is definitely not the place for whiny SJWs who enjoy being offended on other peoples behalves.

PH is whatever place we want it to be. It's a free and open (within limits) forum. So - for a start you can't tell me what I can or can't say.

All I usually refer to is perhaps people should have some thought for others. As for not reading things I don't like - what's the fun in that?
