Do you reckon it is an act of terrorism ? That's just one opinion. I don't think you should draw conclusions out of one disgruntled cyclist.

Although the van's driving was appalling and extremely inconsiderate. And stupid in case of contact with the bike.

He was a van driver : they're not all like that, not fair to generalise.
