Looking to replace some cheap kitchen taps - mixer type with lever handles - 30 yrs ago Pegler were the probably the best - anything else better within their price range?
Thanks if you`re a plumber or DIY`er & know this stuff!

Travis Perkins iflo taps are good cheep and reliable fitted a couple of hundred sets in the last year and a half have a 5 year guarantee as well

Grohe are the standard by which all taps are measured.

Is there a difference between Pegler and Francis Pegler? I can imagine it being like the left twix right twix adverts. Selco stock the Francis pegler stuff and they are rather quite good taps, i have fit them to my most recent btl bathrooms and kitchens.

Perrin & Rowe taps are nice, I have their Oberon tap in my kitchen.

As are many others, but they will quite rightly be compared to the ubiquitous Grohe...

Thanks very much for the info - we`re after something pretty simple so I think I`ll stick with the Peglers.
As an aside & as it`s Pistonheads I feel I should announce that I have bought cars for the less than the price of some of those taps!
