What a delightful old thing. We should revive this colour palette. £9995.

That looks fantastic.

I think we had a Ford Anglia back in the early '70s that was this sort of colour.
Not sure a Jaguar and a Ford should be seen in the same palette.

Perhaps a spot of metal flake for the Jaguar and a crusher for the Ford ?

Another nice SEC. £6750. Lots of good signs in the ad too, including long ownership.

Looks good but nearly £7k for a non-560 with 205k on the clock? Are they really worth that much now?

Anglias are worth good money these days.

Agreed, that's a heck of a thing.

And if I had one of those fat MINIs arrive at my place, I too would make it hide in the hedge of shame.
Screw the Mini... Are these windows painted on ?

Really any rust-free 126 SEC with everything working starts at that sort of money these days. I haven't seen a good solid and tidy 560 in four figures for quite a long time.

This is pretty true I think. That brown one is a lovely colour.

Aside from being a bit crude, are there any issues with these? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2016...

Utterly love this shape SL - but I think I'd struggle not to want the SL55 K AMG or the SL65k AMG a SL500 is a bit more Cilla Black while the other two are Laura Whitmarsh. Who's not want to be balls deep with her.

No idea who Laura Whitmarsh is but I get the feeling she would likely bankrupt me, bit like the 55k or the 65 compared with the 500. Also way out of budget.

Oa, surely this is a new barge candidate?

Well spotted - they're probably the best ones I've seen, normally pretty crude attempts which probably become more crude with each repaint.
