Out of budget, but if you turned up with 10 grand in your hand the week before Christmas, you might be able to snare a classic.

I see one of these all the time near Borough Market on road parking and clearly being used / moved all the time. Condition id class as a working car over concours. http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C820372
It does look good in the flesh though

Think this could b a classic in the next few years. Picked out the 3.2 as many people state the diesels are not as friendly when it comes to MPG as you would think.
Saying that the 3.2 will not be good but at least you have the wonderful noise.
It was -10 here last week. It was especially a shock going for first gear
You got that right, I only manage around 42-ish from the 1.9jtdm in my 159, nice car mind (it might be my commute though, I can match that in my eighteen year old Rover 200 Coupe, just shy of the petrol tanks limit mind), not nearly good enough to put up with a diesel.Saying that the 3.2 will not be good but at least you have the wonderful noise.

That Probe looks damned good in that colour, I've only ever seen them either in white or a god awful metallic green, neither colour it suites.
This comes under the 'interesting' part of the thread title. Imagine ordering this back in the day... I'd love to know the story. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Maserati-biturbo-2500-19...

Mental. Utterly, ruinously mental. Great spot.

Just WOW!!
Didn't know Bertie had a dalliance with the mighty Ovlov, either. That looks a bit special too.

Up to this point, I think you're winning on the thread, definetly for most interesting. Never even heard of these... off to Google! I love e28s, and a 528 in dolphin grey with black leather and manual is my perfect spec. Just lovely. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1986-D-BMW-528i-E28-2-8i...

If I had a spare garage I would buy that, I have space on my drive but I couldn't keep a car like that on the drive. Gutted, it looks lovely! You'd have to wear a cream suit driving it, surely!
Probably too expensive, I like the manual though, and the colours. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2016...
