London LEZ and ULEZ

Hi, havent been able to find this info (if it exists yet), have the extended parameters of the ULEZ been decided yet, someone mentioned it was going out to the LEZ, i hope not cos i dont want to move really.

So are there any leads on info ect and dates for consultation, talking to TFL is talking to a garden slug.

TfL would be slow, anything in favour of the motorist they would do their best to hide it. When it comes to the cyclist, they give the info out on all the cyclist forums so they could do all the cycle stupidhighways etc
