I'm honestly not really keen on Porsche's but they are great all-rounders and especially for someone in your position. Puts you directly in the market for one really.
There's not much else i can think of to rival it on top of my head other than a perhaps a Nissan GTR. You should be get able to get decent one for 40k which fits your criteria.
