Apologise if this is in the wrong section as I wasn't sure where to ask.

Purched a set of SoundMagic earphones from a company through Flubit. They became faulty after about a month or so, after a couple of back and forth Emails they'd agreed to replace them of which took a while. So now the second earphones are now faulty. Had a quick search through my Emails and the last date I Emailed them was the 01/10/15 asking if they'd sent it out as I hadn't recieved them. So I'm guessing I had recieved them shortly after and the time I've had them must be coming up to a year.

Emailed them yesterday expplaining the issue but they are pretty blunt with and don't belive I am within the 1 year warranty. I'd reminded them I hadn't had the product for a year (although close) but they're obviously going from the first set. Are they in the right? They're not cheap and I feel a little robbed. Shame really as they're pretty good when working.

Can't seem to find anything on this via the Google so any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Well, I've just been to Currys and they go from the first purchase date frown

I'd to get them on acceptable quality but someting tells me that'd be a long painful process.

As do all retailers, that is when the contract was made.

And this is why Flubit aren't worth the small saving over Amazon!
