Sky plus irritation

Another quirk of sky plus, it doesn't seem to be able to cope with series link, when the series in question is shown in a double episode each week.

Trying to record Chicago Med on universal channel, they show two episodes each week, but, every week the sky box is only set to record one episode.

Why is this, surely it isn't that hard to work out for the box?

Mine does this but then does record the second anyway.
Might be worth leaving it to see what happens (on something you can record at a later date if I'm wrong)

If it works for others and not you it must be your box. Do you have two satellite feeds from the dish? Some communal installations don't and if you have padding set (default is 5 minutes) that might cause problems with consecutive programs.

If two feeds try a planner rebuild.

It works, but then sometimes it doesn't.
I think I read that it depends on the show.
My sky box went kaplooey a while back, so I had to redo all my programmes, bloody annoying.
