I can understand the CSL being kept as a museum piece for this long but a standard M3? I probably see ten a day. They are everywhere!

I know they were good, but why do this to a standard production model?

I don't know. Is 50 k really that much? I mean look at some old tat being hawked around - someone mentioned 35 grand for an MGC the other day, a car that was a turd nearly 50 years ago.
