Well I think the Aston looks a bloody mess, exterior and interior, just not getting the appeal of it. Ugliest car I have seen from them in a long while, not my cuppa at all.
Sadly have to agree with that......and its not the colour that is the problem, although I seem to be the only here in that respect, its the hotchpotch of bizarre details and general styling that just doesn't say Aston to me. They are trying too hard to be something that Aston just isn't and its not working for me.I'd take the Porker without question, but with a better interior colour choice than funeral black.
I've yet to see a DB11 in the metal so I don't really know; it certainly doesn't photograph well.
911s have always been thoroughly ugly things to me, although that wouldn't really be enough to put me off buying one if I was in the market for that sort of car. If I was after a practical 2+2 GT, I'd probably save myself some money and buy a "normal" 911.

Guys - just to provide a bit of balance to the comments above, can i throw this into the mix - you do know you can order the Aston Martin in different colours to suit your taste?
Indeed I'm told (and this might amaze many of the posters above who think you have to order in the press car colours) that this is indeed true of most new cars nowadays, not just Aston Martins. Heaven forbid!

whomever specced that Aston needs to be re-educated via a firing squad.
The Arden Green of the configurator's starting point works nicely...http://db11.astonmartin.com/home/configure
"There was no track element to this test because, frankly, who is going to take them on circuit?"
We've tracked ours and it is stunning. That too is the good thing about the 911 - tracked it hard all day really competitively and then pootled home without an issue.
Just as well they didn't compare - I reckon the 911 would kill it on track.
BTW I think the Aston kills the 911 for looks....

Prob get a lot of dislikes for this but sorry....that Aston Martin is horrific!!!!!....Aston Martins rely on their name....they have never driven or performed to anywhere near the rivals of the same time era.....and anyone who would pick that over the 911 turbo S needs their sanity looked into!!! Just my opinion tho...sorry to offend!😂😝

They look a lot better in person. I got to spend some time in and around a white one recently and I fell in love. The interior really is incredible - probably the best place I've ever sat.I like the look of both of them. The problem with the Porsche is its image to other drivers - you will never be let out of junctions and be called a wker all the time(see the discussion in the forum). In the Aston on the other hand everybody will let you out and you will never have any abuse.
That being said I can't decide which car I would choose out of the two.

I'd take the porsche interior over the aston any day thanks, that one looks ghastly.
Very unconvinced about the exterior aston styling also. I saw one briefly the other day, perhaps it will grow but I've also thought astons of past have looked best in their launch configuration before having various bits of halfords tat stuck to them as the years go by.
