OP, if you are thinking of the Cayenne, have you considered a Touareg R50 or W12?

We had an L322, followed by a Twig and to be honest, the VW was every bit as well put together as the Range Rover but was a much better driver's car

Didn't think they put the w12 in the vw?
I know they did the v10 tdi but don't want diesel

Avoid all V10 TDI's from the VW group like the plague unless you like courtesy cars.

They did put the W12 in there, but I've never seen one in the UK.
