Might have been a good idea for the owner to get an Acura badge instead of wasting money on a daft number plate.

Ive never driven one but I'd would have to be pretty damn special to count out 28k sheets for what is to me; an absolutley st looking car.

I've seen a couple in the metal and spent a full day with one in my workshop and they just look like an old, dated car that is trying to look like a supercar, but just looks dull.

For the first couple of years most (if not all) of the cars were supplied by HUK with the NSX number plates, mine (this one) included.

She's a beautiful thing to own and to drive, I'm now based out in Americaland and finding something comparable to replace it with is no easy task.

To answer a few of the questions:
- I've had it the last 8 years and 75k miles, basically all for pleasure
- Has full Honda UK (Brian Smith at Letchworth Honda is the man to go to for these) history since I've had the car, service and other items that have needed doing including head gaskets and recent valve adjustment, fairly recent clutch etc
- Suspension on these stays very solid. You may notice an improvement with new bushings/shocks but they're far from knackered
- Still looks and feels tight. People can't believe the age or mileage when they jump in
- It's basically stock, only mods are HIDs, clear indicators, braided brake lines and high temp pads, thinner driver seat cushion, iPod adapter
- Parts when imported aren't too bad pricewise, I've more been bothered at the delay that this can cause for seemingly trivial fixes than cost
- Have no idea what the attraction of an Acura badge on one of these would be, it's an original UK car and it's a Honda!
- For what it's worth, these things are still fast! Was over in Wales with a rather handy driver in an Exige 260 Cup and was, er, not holding them up..
- If I was buying again, I'd go pre-1994 for the manual steering (which has genuine feel). Manual, naturally aspirated, unassisted steering and pop-up lights in a car that's wonderful in the Alps and a pleasure getting there and back too. A likely enduring combination in the future

New owner will have a lot of fun with it, can't quite believe it's not mine any more!
