from where I sit (in the driving seat) and in this town at certain places, cyclists are a thousand times more likely to commit Hari kARI, than get hit by a car. At one junction, I'm aware of cyclists paying more attention to their text messages than the road. perhaps with this crackdown, police will be as equally wiling to hand out tickets to cyclists. No- I thought not, as once out of sight ,there's no way of identifying a mad cyclist.

This particular affliction affects all road users equally - however it's only actually illegal while driving a motorised vehicle. It's obviously a dumb thing to do in any mode of transport though.

Lycra might be the ideal clothing for cycling, but IMO it's a really bad look.

A wetsuit is a really good idea for diving but a really bad look. I don't think either are designed for the look.
