Ugly? Maybe in some parallel universe, but not in this one. That is stunning.
Got to agree. They just get better looking as they get older. As a teenager I wouln't have given that a second look, now I want one in my lottery garage.

Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder...

My lardy, pig faced, fat arsed, beast of a thing.
always thought the forester Sti was a pretty cool looking beast personally.

Not Aston Martin's finest hours. I would though - for the last two at least.

There are so many individual reasons that car is ugly:
  • The front overhang
  • The Rear overhang
  • The stupid bloody wing
  • Tiny wheels
  • Random lumps and curves
  • Thefact it looks like one person designed the front 1/3 and the rear 1/3 and someone completely different with a differing design brief designed the middle 1/3
  • The way that even with the dropped nose it still has room to lose a football under the front splitter
  • It's just a badly proportioned fking design mess that looks like something a 12yo would design when doodling in detention.

I would bloody love one, in blue, big fking decals and for all the reasons it looks st it also looks blooming amazing.
The inner 12yo who should probably be in detention wants it so he can drive everywhere with lots of noise looking superb and i agree with him.

I have a weird fascination for the AM Lagonda. I know there are no sane reasons for it... i just really like the awkward paving slab-esque styling...

I also think the interior is amazing...

Sorry

Don't worry you are not alone. I love them as well.

The G Wagen. Not the Premiership idiot's AMG steroids on wheels abominations but the bread and butter versions which I think have a certain rugged charm...

I remember when I first saw one in the flesh, in a London street about 1979. I don't think I've ever seen another saloon car with that amount of presence.
And they were phenomenally expensive.

I hate you then. I think they're fantastic. Especially in Estoril.
I'm more partial to "Dakar yellow" hehe:
More of a black man myself. 2 Uglies in one photo.

Mk2 Mondeo. In it's standard form it is an ugly beast. But with the RSAP kit, much, much better.

(Pic shamelessly stolen from Google, which came from PH ages ago)

And me. When I picked up my Evora the dealer had three of them. I was much more taken with them than my new car! Also I could never understand why so many people didn't like the recent Taraf which to my eyes looks utterly wonderful (not pretty but so much presence); even more so when compared to other uber limos like the Maybach or Phantom.

Yes , there's a hefty dose of "So, how much do we think we can get away with?" in terms of the pricing.

Not seen one of those before. I know I'm looking at a big box, designed by a schoolboy armed with nothing other than a 90 degree set square but it really does have some real beauty to it. I think its the typical 80's flared arches and fatter dish rear wheels getting me inspired.
Anyone fancy enlightening me...what is this car?

De Tomaso Longchamp. But I don't recognise the arches being that big.
