Buying my first TVR
Discussion
I would recommend travelling far and wide to get the right car rather than sticking to your locality. Also consider a private buy from a well known owner (TVRCC or PH).
Both of those specialists have decent reps though and they would be good to narrow down the spec you want (engine size, Mk1/2/3). Up in the Midlands James Agger and Tony Gilbert are well respected.

This dealer map has quite a lot of them on: http://www.racetechdirect.co.uk/tvr-dealer-locatio...
Hi Downsy
As as sideline, it would probably be a good idea to join the TVR Car Club and pop along to a local meet near you. Chatting to other members and owners will learn you some invaluable advice and support and also you be in the know if anyone's looking to sell. I'm based in the South-East and there's always a good turn out of people at various club meets in and around the region. Have fun finding the right car for you. Need anymore info please give me a shout.
