Nico Rosberg announces retirement from F1 with immediate effect.

Maybe had an agreement that if he ever won the F1 Championship he would hang up his gloves and boots and concentrate on his young family?

Good for him, a mature decision that proves he has got his feet on the ground. Never any silly haircuts, stupid sunglasses or ear studs were needed to gain attention. He has achieved what he set out to do & leaves at the top with never a backward glance or glimmer of interest in his former team mate. Pity a certain other world champion was so vain & hung around for too long.
Better still it takes the wind out of boy Hamilton's sails as he does not have another chance to get his own back next year.
