Used to be 4 and if you skip to the earliest date one is being used to tow a trailer.

I used to cycle past this genuine Alpina E39 every day...
I'm not convinced that's a genuine Alpina. The wheels look fake to me.
Yeah, something looks a bit off.
Having an E39 with that spoiler, it just looks like a stock E39 with the sport spoiler on Alpina reps.
Hmmm. It certainly had all the right Alpina badges in all the right places (though no model badges on the bootlid - badge delete?)- and here's an identical one from an M5 forum

Compare the outer rim of the wheels on both of those cars.

cjs racing.

These have sat here for at least 3 years, and last week when I passed the MR2 had lost it's wheels.

Another couple from locally, the Golfs have been there as long as I can remember.

These more recent (the Civic has been there a while). There also used to be an Escort van, fairly rare nowadays.

Could be, but the indicator and bonnet line don't look quite right. I think it's a Volvo 480.

I also think it's a Volvo 480, one with the grey coloured alloys.

There's a house near mine that had/has loads of old Hondas on the drive. It used to be a really nice big house with "in and out" driveways, but they were just blocked up by these old Hondas. So strange.

Now it's completely overgrown, there's only one entrance into the drive. The other has grown over, but the cars are still there. I had to go back to 2008 on Streetview to get these photos...

You can see the two driveways and all the old Hondas in there.
Looks like both are 5th Gen Accord Aerodecks, they are rare now, shame they are left like that.

This has also lain here as long as I can remember, looks rather Tornado pink now, early typ19 mk2 as well.t

Apparently this is a one owner from new car, old ladies son purchased it from down south when they were launched, but it has been there a long time as he lives in the Far East now yet has no intention of parting with it. Sits on concrete but exposed to the elements & pretty green now.

Reminds me of a house that we brought to redevelop (will try and find the pictures later). The house was in a very sad state and was the sort of thing you see on the TV with rooms full of rubbish but in the garage was a Mk1 Golf GTI under covers which had been there for around 20 years. We knew the car was there and did not come with the property however we did gain 2 rotten Saab 900’s as we had to cut down trees to get the cars off the site. The story behind the car was it belonged to the son of the lady who used to live in the house until he suddenly died so she kept all his possessions in his old bedroom plus his car and bikes etc in the garage.

Makes me sad. Been there at least 8 years. Much longer by the look of it. The wheels went about 3 years ago.

SD1 has a swage line under the indicator above the chrome strip. Thats pretty much certainly a Volvo 480 (its also a Volvo colour).

Good call!

I thought that something was slightly wrong with the SD1 ID but the chrome strip tipped me over the edge as the 480 option hadn't occurred to me.

Seriously? Big seller back in the late 1980's popular company car with the sales managers who had a free choice.

Not one of the more memorable ones, I doubt the 30+ general public will be able to name it now.

Like I said in the What car is this thread I moved here quite late in my life

I have seen this car before just don't remember what it was called. Still around mid 90s
