Chimaera production number / signature

While pulling Biddie apart the other day I came across the below again and thought it may be interesting to see whose got which number and signature in their Chims together with a photo.

I found them on the underside of the dash top and on the back of the dashboard a while back. Now I'm assuming this number is an indication of production, but it strikes me as low as a grand total for a car built in 1997 some 5 years in, so assuming it is the number in the production line that year?

Anyway here's mine - 473 RJ

These numbers usually relate to the vin number, and the initials of a factory worker

I gathered the initials are one of the factory workers but yes I'm guessing with the correlation of the number....wasn't there a connection somewhere between the VIN and number off the line?

Anyway I've got a picture off a tree....or a dodgy looking pineapple, which must make mine worth several thousand more

I believe the last four digits were the sequential build number of the line, so yours is potentially 473rd of the line that year depending on 4th digit
