109 sold....
Just found this snap of my ex-Paul McCartney 1968 Lamborghini 400GT taken not many years ago in Suffolk
Plenty about the car in the book
Sally Mason-Styron now owns the ex-Michael Neilan lightweight Ferrari Daytona 365GTB4/C mentioned on
p55. Hubby ( mentioned p90 in the Daytona spider) chats to David Piper in his green 250LM
What a great looking car. So how long before this batch run out? Just found this snap of my ex-Paul McCartney 1968 Lamborghini 400GT taken not many years ago in Suffolk

Once half the reprint run has sold I will then embark on the follow-up book
Let Them Stare! was 34,000 words, the next needs to be 60,000 and ready for November sale.
Got hundreds of photos to sift through and a few girly permissions to ask then the work begins
Anyone buying the second book needs the first as there are sure to be cross references a plenty
BTW 114............

There is mention above of David Piper's green Ferrari 250LM
David on the right leaning down
He lost a leg whilst filming the Steve McQueen film 'Le Mans'.
The payout was a paltry £16,000
He has owned the car from new and he is a really nice guy
I reckon I took this crappy snap 1965/66 in the paddock at Snetterton..access all areas in those days.
