Let Them Stare
Discussion
As if by magic one of the main features in my book has just returned after 40 years in Australia!
I would imagine a price increase from 1976 is on the cards
Better buy the book !

When I get started on the new book I am thinking of devoting a chapter to my brother's cars.
Sadly he died of throat cancer age 59 seven years ago.
We had identical tastes. He deemed it as normal when I had a Miura he should have one too except his was an absolute LHD dog. It was deafening inside the cockpit from a rattley engine; remember you are in a mid-engine machine with the transverse 370bhp V12 about 6 inches away from your ears. One ride in it through the back streets of Fulham was enough for me. Best thing about the vehicle was it's BEMI 6 registration.

Ordered a copy yesterday,, looking forward to reading it, as I enjoyed your posts on SELOC back in the days when I had an Elise.
I have good memories of attending a couple of "garden parties" and following you in your Ferrari 360? on the drives . Well done for keeping up the good work you do for the charity.

Ah! the runs in the 360..all got a little out of hand in the end.
The rules were observe all the 30, 40 and 50 limits
That was fine but then all hell let loose.......................
This was 2003>2006
Got some great snaps of the runs...next book maybe !

A snap from the past....Bert Young and his (real) Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato at Brighton Trials circa 1973. Over £10 million now..only 19 produced in period. Plenty of Sanction cars since.
This is a Sanction 3 car ( one of two)owned by a friend Paul Michael of Hexagon
NOTE the number plate...see p97 of my book !
