Not popular but great value and a nice engine makes a nice sleeper in estate form, not bad for that £££.

Lovely car but VED of £500 would take the shine off of it for me.

Thanks, I think it's more like £295 though. Or at least I hope so.

Very good. De-badge and it's a cracking sleeper.

My mother drives a 2.0 Vectra estate. Even with a rather insipid engine and an auto box, the thing is a menace on anything remotely twisty. I can't imagine how scary it would be with a big v6 up front.

Had the Cavalier and the Calibra V6's in the past, both were a fking nightmare, close to dangerous IMHO smile

180bhp via Parkers spec, less than a standard ES9J v6 (PSA) from 20 years ago

the 3.2 elite v6 cmes with 208 bhp.

its not a sleeper more a q car, and maybe 208bhp doesn't sound a lot but it is a sure fire way to make progress without a fuss.

Cheap car for the mileage really but I wouldn't call a 200 bhp heavy bus a sleeper. I had a 200 bhp Volvo S60 and it was brisk enough but again no sleeper.

Nice big bus. I'm sure it wafts along at a fair old pace.

Enjoy.

It'll be about as quick as a new 320d. Throw in 20 mpg and it's a thirsty, mildly fast Vectra.

Not a sleeper but I'm sure it makes a great noise!

A Vectra 2.8 V6 Elite (same engine as the VXR but stock body trim) with JZW tuning, now that'd be a sleeper.

As quick as a 320d will do me, and I'll take gladly take the mpg hit to avoid it sounding like a diesel tugboat hehe

Shouldn't be £500. That only applies if it's 06-plate or newer.

Thanks, I'm chuffed with the deal I got on it. If anyone can find me another car with <35k miles, <8s 0-60 and for less than £1500 I'd love to see it. rolleyes
